The given exercises are plentiful and perfect I strongly suggest it

Theres around 20 workouts on there that I noticed in ten minutes.... Only about two were free and you guessed it! They were complete crap. Just spend some time researching home workouts online and get your own plan that you dont have to pay for. Set reminders on your phone if you need "push notifications". These people just want to take your hard earned money.
I love this app. So far Ive lost ten pounds with it and Ive only been using it like a month. I had no idea when I downloaded it that it would show such results. But this app is great. It has really kept me on track for exercising daily by connecting it to my calendar. Love this app and seriously recommend it. Ps: you dont need to buy the pro version. You get great workouts with what isnt pro and I dont use a gym either. Just home exercises is what Im comfortable with so I just use my own body weight to exercise
Great app, I can search on many parameters, time, body part intensity. So if I have 5 or 35 minutes I can find he right workout.
Dont let the screen shots fool you, the Watch side of the app does not work. Even before this, it wouldnt stay open without keeping your wrist elevated. Otherwise it could be a decent app.
I will definitely recommend this app. I have tried so many workout apps and this one is by far the best! I like how theres an audio like a real coach that tells you how much time is left and the workout video helps a lot especially when you dont know how to do the specific exercise you can just watch the video and copy it. Taadaa!

Need 2-3 seconds between exercises to be ready for the next one. And PLEASE make the points to open/use the program workout! Its a really good motivation to train and use ONLY THIS app! Thank you!!!
I dont like that it doesnt allow you to back date older workouts. I work out outside of the trainer and would like to keep track of those workouts as well but I cant put them in unless I put them in the same day I do them. That makes it a little bit tedious because I dont always have time to check into the trainer every day if I do a workout out outside of. Otherwise decent app
This used to be a great app but with the recent update it is ruined. So much more confusing. Anything you had saved or downloaded is completely gone and if your workouts were by a community member you can no longer find them. If you have not updated dont do it. I do not know if I will keep the app. I would not put money into this current version if I were you.
This app is amazing! Ive been recommending it to everyone! I love that you can listen to your music while you workout and your "trainers" voice will tell you when to do what. There are a ton of workouts you can do, and a lot of filters to help you find the ones that will work best for you...from 45 minute intense cardio sessions to 6 minute ab workouts and everything in between. You can even create your own workouts using their extensive list of exercises. Most of the exercises have videos or pictures to show you how to do them. And I love that you can get a lot out of the app for free, without having to be a premium member.
